Free Customizable Negotiation Simulations: Examples

Each of the multi-issue simulations can be customized to provide a variety of negotiation challenges. The examples below show three ways in which the office rental negotiation can be customized.

• The first example is a single-issue negotiation. The single-issue negotiation is set in San Francisco with full-length background information, a strong BATNA for the tenant, and a weak BATNA for the landlord.
• The second example is a four-issue issued scored negotiation. The negotiation is set in Jacksonville with abbreviated background information and weak BATNAs on both sides.
• The third example is an eight-issue unscored negotiation. The negotiation set in Chapel Hill with full-length background information and medium strength BATNAs on both sides.
